Задача 932. Сборник задач по высшей математике (В. П. Минорский). № 406
Даны векторы \(а = i + j + 2k\) и \(b = i - j + 4k.\) Определить \(\text{Пр}_bа ~ \text{и} ~ \text{Пр}_ab.\)
Решение
Найдем координаты векторов и их длины \(\overrightarrow{a} (1;1;2) ~~ |\overrightarrow{a}| = \sqrt{1^2 + 1^2 + 2^2} = \sqrt{6}, \overrightarrow{b} (1;-1;4) ~~ |\overrightarrow{b}| = \sqrt{1^2 + (-1)^2 + 4^2} = \sqrt{18} = 3\cdot \sqrt{2}.\)
\(\text{Пр}_{\, b}\, a = |\overrightarrow{a}| \cdot cos\angle{(\overrightarrow{a}; \overrightarrow{b})},
\text{Пр}_{\, a}\, b = |\overrightarrow{b}| \cdot cos\angle{(\overrightarrow{a}; \overrightarrow{b})}.\)
\(cos\angle{(\overrightarrow{a}; \overrightarrow{b})} = \frac{(\overrightarrow{a}, \overrightarrow{b})}{|\overrightarrow{a}| \cdot~ |\overrightarrow{b}|} = \frac{1 \cdot 1 + 1 \cdot (-1) + 2 \cdot 4}{\sqrt{6} \cdot 3\sqrt{2}} = \frac{8}{2\cdot3\cdot \sqrt{3}} = \frac{4}{3\sqrt{3}} \Rightarrow~~\) \(\text{Пр}_{\, b}\, a = \sqrt{6} \cdot \frac{4}{3\sqrt{3}} = \frac{4\sqrt{2}}{3}, \text{Пр}_{\, a}\, b = 3\sqrt{2} \cdot \frac{4}{3\sqrt{3}} = \frac{4\sqrt{2}}{3}. \)
Ответ: \(\frac{4\sqrt{2}}{3}\).
